Tab Prednisolone during pregnancy and lactation, Prednisolone category by FDA, its use during pregnancy and lactation its teratogenic effects are described.
Small amount of drug excrete into breast milk, if required low dose should be prescribed.

Breast feeding Prednisolone are excreted into human milk in small amounts, the lowest dose should be prescribed. if high maternal doses are necessary avoid breastfeeding for 4 hours following dosing and using prednisolone instead of prednisone.
