Dexamethasone during pregnancy and lactation

Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid medication used for its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It is occasionally prescribed during pregnancy and lactation, but its use during these periods must be carefully considered due to potential risks to both the mother and the developing fetus or breastfeeding infant
